From your dashboard, simply pick a date and time on the calendar that you need to cover. Your listing goes live in moments and available staff will be suggested to you.

Yes, both healthcare workers and healthcare providers can view, download and print their complete schedule for the next two months.
Yes, all Bluebee Care workers who book shifts through the app need to wear a Bluebee ID badge to bookings. Your badge will be posted to your registered address once your profile is verified and compliant.
Contact us if you have not received your badge within 10 days of approval. If you are waiting to receive your Bluebee ID badge, please ensure you take valid photo ID to any booked shift.
At Bluebee, we care about the data security of both workers and providers. Our innovative app has been designed with security at its bedrock and regularly undertake data security audits.
You will need to provide a photo at set-up for your ID badge. Your photos should be clear, well lit, taken against a plain white backdrop showing your head and shoulders only. Please don’t apply filters.
When you attend bookings through Bluebee Care, you will need to wear our smart and professional uniform. Uniform will be sent to your registered address when your profile is approved and verified and you’ve booked your first shift. Female uniforms are available in sizes 6 – 20. Male uniforms are available in sizes 34” – 44”.
Yes, in order to consistently provide reliable and excellent staff we require all Bluebee workers to complete specific mandatory training modules. These can be accessed and completed online when it suits you, prior to booking shifts. The required training modules are dependent on the type of role you do.

Further professional development opportunities are available through Bluebee.
Training certificates from other sources may be suitable if they meet the following criteria:
- They must align with the Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF).
- All mandatory modules for your role are covered on the certificate.
- The certificate was issued within the previous 12 months or has a future expiry date.
You may use existing certificates to ‘skip’ some Bluebee modules on a piece-by-piece basis.
